30-day satisfaction guarantee

If your order isn't what you hoped for, email us at nuzzlecoofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, send a photo to nuzzlecoofficial@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't need to return anything.

Returns

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Email nuzzlecoofficial@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel for a full refund, provided the order hasn't already shipped.
