Shipping cost

Free. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 8–13 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Ordering for a specific date

Give yourself about three weeks to be safe. If your date is tight, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Where we ship from

Orders ship directly from our manufacturing partner, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse — and why we can include shipping in the price.

Delays

Customs and carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside our control. If your order passes 20 business days, email nuzzlecoofficial@gmail.com and we'll either chase it or refund you.
